Fondant and Gumpaste are wonderful enhancers to your cake. Sculpted items, flowers, wording and embellishments are often added with these mediums. As a general rule, I will use these on your cake if the design permits. For cakes covered in Fondant additionally, the cake is frosted with a substantial amount of buttercream and then covered with fondant. Fondant is an acquired taste, however cakes with fondant are extremely beautiful and classy. Cakes covered with fondant will be charged an additional fee based on the size.
Edible Images are printed on sugar frosting sheets that are paper thin. They are printed with vinegar based inks that are completely edible. Edible images sit on top of a thin fondant backing. Images can be emailed to me for image printing. Edible Images start at $10.00. This is generally a 8x10 sheet. Additionally, edible images can be used on cookies and cupcakes!

Doll cakes come with a Beach Barbie and can be decorated to your liking. Doll cakes alone serve no more than 15 servings. Adding a 12' additional base for extra servings is the most popular. This yields 30-40 plus servings.
